Misuzu Akao is a night worker at a ward, where she keeps something in her pocket while making her rounds. Her colleagues, Rika Souhama and Mie Nakamaru, become suspicious of her behavior due to the frequency of emergency calls on her shifts. During one night, Rika decides to follow Misuzu to observe her behavior and discovers that Misuzu is going to a private room where Mie’s fiance was admitted in an emergency. Upon opening the door, Rika is surprised by what she finds.
